FAQ

WHAT SHOULD I BRING ON THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL?

New students will be required to bring the following items on the first day of school:

  • Extra set of clothes (must be appropriate for current season)

  • Diapers/wipes if your child is not yet potty trained

  • Current immunization and physical certificates from the doctor

  • Water cup

  • If child will be staying all day, you will be required to pack a lunch and bring a blanket

WHAT ARE THE LUNCH AND SNACK REQUIREMENTS?

  • Protein

  • Milk

  • Either 2 fruits/2 vegetables or 1 fruit & 1 vegetable

  • Bread

We recommend a bento style lunch box for ease of opening and fostering independence.

Snacks must contain 2 of these components.  Please label snacks AM and PM each day.

Milk must be white, cow's milk, unless we have a doctor's note on file.  It is a state requirement that children cannot have flavored milks.  (The shelf stable milks are a great option if your child may not drink milk every day. As long as they have it available, it meets the requirement.)
